Fixed Pricing

Once we have designed your custom home, we will work with you to select a style of finishes that reflect your unique tastes. You can rest easy with our fixed pricing (you pay what you’re quoted). This price will not change unless you decide to change finishes or make modifications. As part of our commitment to you, nothing is done without your written consent.

Custom Home Kitchen

We like to keep you involved to ensure your vision becomes a reality

This will include:

  • Revising Architect and Design Drawings with our dedicated and knowledgeable construction staff.
  • On site reviews of different stages of build such as, framing, electrical and finishes selection.
  • Final occupancy review of your finished Custom Dream built home.
  • Any additional site or office meetings to discuss any questions you may have.

Once all contracts, drawings and deposits are finalized the journey begins. During your build communication with you is key. We understand this is a substantial investment and this is your dream home.
